Two more companies to go private after bankruptcy

Three more companies are going private after failing to raise funds for the next five years.

The company, called Lufthansa Casement Window and Casement, has been selling its share of the company in a buyout process that will end next month.

Lufthanse Casement is the largest independent hotel chain in the world with more than 20,000 hotels.

It is part of the German-based German-Swedish conglomerate ABK AG.

The Lufthsa Casements website said it had filed for bankruptcy protection in December.

The company had assets of $2.9 billion and debt of $3.9 million.

In a statement on its website, the company said it is “actively negotiating with its creditors” to continue to operate as an independent company.
